The Shared Modifying Value Storage Program

Function of System:
The Shared Value Modifier Storage Program is for use by all Variables contained within the Set. The Storage Program contains a multitude of means by which to modify certain core values possessed by Variables. This includes but is not limited to:

• Runes
• Kits
• Elements
• Signets
• PaX

Guiding Formulae of System:
Take what you need. As much as you need. Whenever you need it. The evolution of a Variable equates to an evolution of the set containing its values (i.e. the Recursive Derivation grows when its Variables grow). In the event you have modifiers and do not need the PaX acquired when selling them, please donate them to the Syndicate for use by other Variables.

Counter-Points to Formulae of System:
Please, only take what you need at this moment. Attempt to refrain from extracting modifiers to be used at later dates. There are Variables that might need those modifiers currently. If you are capable of using it, and intend to do so upon extracting it, then by all means take without fear. But leave behind that which you are unqualified to use or do not intend to use until later. This allows all Variables to acquire modifiers that will be used immediately rather than finding the Storage Program lacking in supplies.

Specific Value Information, PaX
PaX is fed into the Program by any and all Variables who wish it. Whatever a Variable wishes to donate is eagerly accepted into the Storage Program. However, the same rule that applies to modifiers applies to PaX. If you intend to use the PaX in order to modify your values (e.g. purchasing things from the Auction House), feel free to take ONLY what you need. DO NOT supplement your earnings with Syndicate funds.


Summary of System Outline

• The Shared Value Modifier Storage Program is free use.
• Take freely anything you can use immediately.
• If able, donate modifiers you don't need/won't use.
• PaX can be taken at will if used for the purpose of modifying your values.
• Donate PaX if you feel like you want to, and only as much as you feel like you want to.
• The Shared Value Modifier Storage Program is for use by the Set. Any Variable contained within is welcome and encouraged to give and take from the program as they deem necessary.

ACCEPTABLE VALUES

• RUNES (e.g. Wheel Rune, Lu Rune, etc.)
• ELEMENTS (e.g. Dust, Metal, etc.)
• KITS (e.g. Glyph Kit, Gadget Kit, etc)
• SIGNETS (e.g. Signet of Benediction, Signet of Recursion, etc.)
• ANIMA (e.g. Consumable)
• PURE-ANIMA (e.g. Consumable persists through death)
• POTIONS (e.g. Healing Potion, Attack Rating Potion, etc.)
• PaX

NOTE:

• All modifiers with issued qualities (e.g. kits, potions, Anima, Pure-Anima) contained in the Storage Program must be of quality 5 or higher as designated by the Council of Venice.
• All modifiers with issued grades (e.g. runes, elements) contained in the Storage Program must be graded normal or higher as designated by the Council of Venice.
• Any modifier found in the program that doesn't meet the requirements will be sold and reinserted into the Storage Program as PaX.

OPTIONAL SIDE NOTE:
Due to the constant usable space value, we have created the above set of rules as to what modifiers we will store in the Program. In regards to these rules, we would like to attempt to house mostly "NORMAL" and "SACRED" grade Runes and Elements. This stems from the belief that it it'd be easier to craft "PURE" grade materials through upgrading than it would be to create "SACRED" grade materials through dismantling. Also, this makes the most of what we have and allows for a wider range of Variables to make use of the materials present without losing anything to the dismantling process.

According to the Council of Venice,

Council of Venice wrote:Governments are restricted in their ability to possess certain numbers of higher ranking positions. Because of this, only a certain number of members can possess the required rank necessary to access the bank. Currently, there is no way around this ruling.

In an attempt to work around this fact, we have a tentative model in place. There are a few members with open bank access. If you are unable to access the bank and require something, please put a announcement into the Syndicate Communication Channel and, hopefully, a Variable with modification values will be present to assign you access protocols. In the event none are present, please leave a note for either Santiak or ULFRIC and we will mail you the requested modifiers as soon as we are able.

A secondary sub-model is also in tentative run times. Where as we will attempt to keep a Bank access value free and, as needed, assign it to the set of a Variable currently accessing the bank. This method is still under development but if we can run it as intended when the event triggers, we will do so.
